Agaton builds AI agents for enterprise sales and customer-service teams: real-time voice analysis of customer conversations, agent coaching, buying-signal detection and revenue insights. Deployed with Telenor, Telia and Lendo; a partnership with BPO group Foundever exposes it to an installed base of ~150,000 agents. Its site reports customer results including a 64% sales-conversion increase at a mobile-telecom customer.
Andreas Kullberg: CEO; previously scaled global sales at EF Education First, earlier AI ventures (Astrid AI). John Kristensen: COO; enterprise AI transformation background. Team expanded with AI/data people from Tink and King. Angels on the seed include Peter Sarlin (CEO, Silo AI, Europe's largest private AI lab, sold to AMD) and Kieran Flanagan (CMO, HubSpot).
$10M (€8.4M) seed announced 2026-02, co-led by Inception Fund and Alstin Capital with Seed+speed Ventures and Foundry Ventures. No Series A announced. The company launched from stealth directly with enterprise traction, the $10M arrived without a public presence.
The category (conversation/revenue intelligence) has proven enterprise budgets: US leaders built large ARR businesses on call analysis alone. Agaton's wedge differs in two ways: voice-AI agents that act (coach, automate workflows) rather than only analyze, and a Nordic-first enterprise footprint (Telenor, Telia) with the Foundever partnership as a scaled BPO distribution channel most category players lack.
The "millions in ARR" figure is company-reported, not yet visible in filings, Agaton Labs AB (founded 2024-07) has no filed annual accounts yet; the first bokslut will be the independent check. Exact ARR, net retention and the Foundever partnership's commercial depth are undisclosed.
